When business conflicts with finance, the sacrifice is often financial. We cannot rely on leadership to solve this contradiction. Even if the leadership relies on trust and relies on the financial sector, it will not solve the fundamental problem.


Secondly, take the matter outside to observe the incident and analyze the root cause of the contradiction.


After a period of observation, I think the problems raised by the business department are some representation problems, such as complex financial procedures, complicated signature process, and poor financial attitude. Under these performance problems, the real contradiction is concealed.


1, contradiction is the contradiction between man's pursuit of free nature and strict financial system.


2, the contradiction is the contradiction between increasingly fierce market competition and strict external supervision.


3, contradiction is the contradiction between management and business.


Finally, according to the observation results, the specific plan for improvement is made, mainly from two aspects, namely, the essence and the representation. That is to say, from two aspects, namely, the financial management environment and the financial exchange and daily management, the other is to start from the two aspects of the change of business personnel thought and the improvement of service in the financial department.

When I put forward a risk doubt on a particular matter, business departments will actively cooperate with them in a reliable way.


Third, stick to equal emphasis on service and control. On the basis of principles, actively provide flexible solutions for business departments and win their trust in the field.


Fourth, we should seize several major sectors for emotional investment. Some integrated management departments play an important role in financial management, such as purchasing department, human resources department and maintenance management department. These departments should pay attention to communication at ordinary times and establish a harmonious trust relationship.


Fifth, we must exchange, take extensive exchanges, communicate with each other in an informal way, acquire information in various ways and transmit information at different levels. For example, there are some ideas to be instilled into all business people. Therefore, we can not rely solely on training, but rely on the propaganda of the general assembly.
