Nantong Tongzhou: "Flagship Pilot+Industrial Chain" To Build A New Textile Future

The textile industry is the traditional pillar industry in Tongzhou District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. In recent years, the high-end development of the textile industry has become an urgent demand under the new economic form. Tongzhou District Market Supervision Bureau implements the "flagship pilot" enterprise cultivation project of Nantong Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, integrates enterprises into the industry to boost the overall development situation, implements the "flagship pilot+industry chain" dual dimensional and high-quality development project, and builds a new future of high-end textile industry chain.

Party building leads and grasps the development direction. The Market Supervision Bureau of Tongzhou District established the party building alliance for high-end textile industry chain, and key party members from Hengke New Materials, Golden Sun Textile and other enterprises served as members to participate in the party building work of the industry chain. Tongzhou Bureau has built the party masses service center of the high-end textile industry chain as a "one-stop" service station for quality infrastructure to provide "flagship pilot" basic common services. In November this year, the party building theme activity of Jiangsu's high-end textile industry chain was successfully held in Nanjing. 40 textile enterprises in Tongzhou District, including Hengke New Materials and Golden Sun Textile, attended the conference to promote Tongzhou's high-end textile industry chain inside and outside the province, and promote the chain extension, supplement and strengthening.

Cultivate strong chain owners, and promote integrity. Tongzhou District Market Supervision Bureau has promoted the main enterprises of high-end textile chain to become bigger and stronger with the action of "flagship pilot". At present, it has provided 26 quality assistance to "flagship pilot" enterprises, with special emphasis on experience exchange and sharing among enterprises. In 2021, Golden Sun Textile won the nomination award of Nantong Mayor's Quality Award, and in 2022, Hengke New Materials won this honor again. The two enterprises were also rated as AAA and AA quality credit enterprises in the province, giving full play to the positive role of the chain owners.

Industry co education and echelon training. Tongzhou District Market Supervision Bureau focuses on the interconnection and interaction between high-end textile enterprises. Through special business seminars and other forms, it drives the technological collision and achievement sharing among enterprises on the chain with chain owners, and in this process, it focuses on cultivating the "flagship pilot" reserve echelon. The in-depth cultivation, release and promotion of group standards is one of the important tasks. At present, Tongzhou District home textile enterprises have presided over or participated in 16 of the 23 group standards issued by China Home Textile Association. The promotion and application of group standards in small and medium-sized enterprises has promoted the development of the industry and added momentum to the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry.
