   On July 3, 2023, the China Textile Industry Federation organized a meeting in Beijing, which was held by Beijing Innovation Aishangjia Technology Co., Ltd Beijing Graphene Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. and the National Advanced Functional Fiber Innovation Center (Jiangsu New Horizon Advanced Functional Fiber Innovation Center Co., Ltd.) jointly completed the scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting of the project "Key Technologies of Graphene Flexible Heating Materials for Winter Olympics Low Temperature Complex Scenarios and Post Winter Olympics Promotion and Application". The appraisal committee believes that the project achievements have reached the international advanced level. The research results of the project are briefly introduced as follows:
   1、 Project research background
   Aiming at the problems of human body warmth, equipment thermal support and industry pain points under low temperature environment, the project carried out green preparation of graphene, preparation of graphene based flexible conductive materials, design and research and development of graphene based intelligent heating module and product application research and development, and solved the technical problems of low ambient temperature, complex heating application product form and high safety requirements under the 2022 Winter Olympics scenario, It will provide a safe, comfortable and low energy consumption thermal security scheme for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games. After the Winter Olympic Games, the achievements will be applied to smart wear, shelter buildings, rail transit, new energy vehicles and other fields to promote technological progress in the industry and realize its economic benefits and social values.
   2、 Main innovation points of the project
   The project innovation proposed the preparation method of graphene/carbon nanotubes/carbon black three-dimensional stable conductive composites, broke through its core technology of large-scale preparation of composite fibers and thin film flexible conductive materials, designed and developed intelligent heating modules and their efficient preparation technology. The product has high infrared emissivity in 5-15 micron wave band and a continuous service life of more than 100000 hours, providing support for warmth preservation in low temperature complex scenes, with remarkable energy-saving effect.
   3、 Project industrialization and application
   The project achievements have been applied to the personnel, equipment, venues and other heating equipment and facilities for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympic Games, and have been promoted and applied to special intelligent wear, energy-saving smart buildings, rail transit, new energy vehicles and other fields, with significant economic and social benefits.
   4、 Brief introduction of project completion unit
   Beijing Chuangxin Aishangjia Technology Co., Ltd. has been focusing on the graphene heating field for nearly 10 years. It is a national level small giant enterprise specializing in the new technology, a Beijing specialized small and medium-sized enterprise specializing in the new technology, and a national high-tech enterprise. It has developed and mastered the internationally leading graphene wet forming technology, and invented a new generation of substrate free, high content graphene flexible heating new material AIHF, In 2020, it will undertake the key special project of "Science and Technology Winter Olympics" of Beijing Science and Technology Commission, serve and guarantee the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympic Games, provide graphene intelligent heating products in low temperature environment and thermal power support application scheme, as the first batch of enterprises to explore the development of graphene industry, with the mission of "rejuvenating the country through science and technology", Actively promote the industrial application of graphene heating technology, and provide comprehensive solutions for medical health, new energy vehicles, building heating, aerospace, clothing and other fields.  
   Beijing Graphene Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned holding professional institution jointly funded and established by China Aviation Development Group Corporation and Beijing Municipal Government to give play to the advantages of central and local linkage, and based on the nearly 10 years of innovative research and development achievements of graphene of China Aviation Materials Research Institute, specializing in graphene innovative technology research and industrial incubation and investment. It is the first provincial graphene manufacturing innovation center in China, the preparatory unit of the national graphene innovation center, and the operating unit of the Beijing graphene industry innovation center.
