Among the 17 batches of problematic children's clothes, the fiber content of the "ZARA" shirt produced by Zara Commercial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was unqualified, and the pH value of the "Disney" long sleeved T-shirt produced by Shanghai Fuxiang Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. was unqualified.

It is reported that the human skin is generally weakly acidic. If the clothing fabric is too acidic or too alkaline, it will damage the weakly acidic environment on the surface of the human skin, making the skin vulnerable to germs.

The quality supervision department reminds that parents should carefully check whether there are words such as "Class A" and "infant products" on the clothing signs when purchasing infant clothing. If children's underwear or summer clothing, they should also try to buy light color clothing.

The quality supervision department also conducted a spot check on 32 batches of toys produced and sold in this city. Through inspection, 6 batches are unqualified, and the qualification rate of sampling inspection is 81.25%.

It is understood that toys are listed in the national mandatory certification product (CCC) catalog. As of the end of February, there were 10 manufacturing enterprises with valid certificates in Shanghai, 4 of which were actually sampled in this spot check, and another 6 enterprises failed to sample due to production suspension.

The quality supervision department said that "five points of view" should be paid attention to when purchasing children's toys: applicable age range, safety warnings, effective date, use and maintenance methods, and assembly procedure diagram. In addition, parents should regularly check their children's toys. If there are toys with broken wood surfaces, they should repair the broken or separated toys in time. The battery in the toy should be replaced regularly to prevent the chemicals in the battery from affecting the child's health.
