After more than 3 years of improvement and adjustment, the textile management code (chemical fiber part) of Wujiang Silk City Shengze Electronic Commerce Information Co., Ltd. has officially become the national standard.

Recently, Wujiang Silk City Shengze

Chemical fiber textiles are the most rapidly changing, the most styles, the structural differences and the process changes are very complex.

Due to the lack of uniform and standardized names and codes of textile fabrics in China, different information systems with different management objectives and different management methods have different naming, coding and code structures for the same item, which hinders the rapid exchange of information between textile information systems and seriously affects the textile trade.

In order to get through the "information island", it is imperative to establish a unified coding system for the same thing and the same code.

Guo Qibo, general manager of Shengze e-commerce information company, said that as one of the largest production bases of the global chemical fiber and textile industry, Shengze's participation in the enacting of coding standards is a good opportunity to seize the market opportunities and strive for the right to speak.

In December 2006, the research and framework compilation of the textile code (chemical fiber part), which was led by the company, was officially launched.

Under the support and guidance of many authoritative departments and scientific research institutions in China, the code became the provincial standard in 2007. In April 2008, it was officially approved by the National Standardization Management Committee and entered the national standardization project development procedure. It was put forward and returned by the National Standardization Committee for articles coding technology. It was drafted jointly by electronic commerce information company, China Textile Information Center and China Commodity coding center.

After more than 3 years of continuous improvement and adjustment, the code passed the examination and became the national standard.

"These codes are like" identification cards "of fabrics, and they can be used to understand the main raw materials, yarn structure, intertexture and other information.

According to Shi Bin, manager of the textile textile coding Office of the company, part of the coding of textile fabric chemical fiber is made up of digital code, composed of name code and attribute code. A total of 17 digits are compiled according to the principles of scientificity, versatility, practicability and expansibility, which is suitable for information processing and information exchange in the production, sale, logistics and e-commerce of textile fabrics.
